Working within the plan to progress a physical training program while rehabilitating an injury or adverse physical condition so that participants can maintain as high a level of physical conditioning as possible so that peak performance can be achieved and a complete setback can be avoided.

Sports Medicine

is the combination of medical knowledge and exercise science that aims return athletes as well as normally active people to their respective activities as soon as possible following an injury or physical setback.

Therapeutic Exercise

Movements artfully designed to be as sports specific as possible with the purpose of maintaining and enhancing range of motion, strength, balance, and coordination while the subject is recovering from injury.

Athletic Taping

Providing sturdy but not ridged support to a joint prior to activity for the purpose protecting the joint from impact and torsional loading thus allowing for increased safety during activity

Kinesiology Taping

The purpose of kinesiology tape is to literally help an athlete’s muscles move better. The tape is used to support the bodies natural healing processes or to enhance movement performance. The property of the tape and the way it is artfully placed on the body add to muscle support, the ability of the muscle to move more forcefully, and with reduced pain. It is thought that enhanced proprioception is the reason kinesiology taping is effective.

Muscle Energy

Muscle energy is skillful soft tissue mobilization with the express purpose of correcting joint malalignments and muscle imbalance.
