Kinesiology Taping
The purpose of kinesiology tape is to literally help an athlete’s muscles move better. The tape is used to support the bodies natural healing processes or to enhance movement performance. The property of the tape and the way it is artfully placed on the body add to muscle support, the ability of the muscle to move more forcefully, and with reduced pain. It is thought that enhanced proprioception is the reason kinesiology taping is effective.

Muscle energy is skillful soft tissue mobilization with the express purpose of correcting joint malalignments and muscle imbalance.
